How to ship your items
Please process one order per box that you are shipping.
If you have more items than will fit in a single box please process a second order. Multiple orders are accepted. Keeping one order per box allows us to process quicker and more efficiently.
If we are providing you a shipping label for UPS or USPS you may use the label to drop off the box at any acceptable drop off location. UPS has drop boxes, stores & facilities to do this. You can usually find one by going to UPS.com and searching for one close to you. They also have a service where they come pick up from you however they may charge for this. For USPS you can simply drop the package off at any post office.
How to package your items
There are several different ways to package your items. We have provided the following recommendations to help keep costs down. All shipping companies charge by both the weight and size of the box. Meaning the heavier & larger the box is the more it will cost (using the smallest box you can get away with is best). Also the further away you are from NJ the more these companies charge to ship. It is recommended that you check some costs ahead of time to make sure it is cost effective to send your items in.
Box Info:
- We would recommend keeping the box size under 24 inches on any given side.
- Use a sturdy box that will not crush or get ripped open. Shipping companies can be rough on boxes.
- Make sure there is no empty space inside the box. Cut the box down to reduce empty space.
- Make sure items are not loose floating around in the box. Please use some type of packing material (bubble wrap, newspaper, peanuts, foam etc...)
TY Beanies, Webkinz, Disney Bean Bags & Other Plush
If shipping plush items these are relatively easy to pack and do not require much packing material if any. We recommend putting all items in an unscented trash bag (or multiple trash bags). If you have your items in plastic boxes or plastic sandwich bags we would recommend taking them out as we don't need them. Tag protectors can be left on or taken off.
Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Magic & Other Cards
If shipping cards it is easiest to separate them into different types. For example you will want to keep all the Holograms separate from the Rares and separate from the Commons. For individually listed cards please make sure they are in order as shown on the list. Cards that are not in order will take us longer to process.
Whether shipping in an envelope or a box please be sure that the cards are well protected. This means wrapping them in something so they don't slide all over and don't get bent (plastic saran wrap or small bags work well). Loose cards in a box or envelope will almost always arrive damaged or bent. For envelopes we would recommend some cardboard or a couple hard plastic top loaders to keep from bending.
Cards in plastic 9 pocket pages, soft sleeves or hard case top loaders should be removed. We would only recommend sleeves for high value cards. It is not necessary to sleeve low value holos, rare or commons.
Barbies, Funko POP, Star Wars & Other Action Figures or Dolls
If shipping dolls or figures it is highly recommend that you use a sturdy box that won't crush easily. These are some of the tougher items to ship. Consider using bubblewrap around each item or atleast in between several at a time to protect them from getting crushed & dented. Make sure that heavier items are on the bottom of the box and lighter items on the top. Mark the box "Fragile" with black marker on all sides.
Coins, Video Games & other similar type items
If shipping coins it is easiest to separate them into different types. For example you will want to keep all the quarters separate from the dimes and separate from the nickels etc... We recommend just using small sandwich bags or coin wrappers if you have them.
If shipping Video Games that are in cases it is best to stack them neatly in the bottom of the box as these are typically heavier than other items we purchase. You can wrap them in plastic wrap so they don't slide around.
If shipping loose Video Games that don't have cases or boxes it is best to place small stacks in plastic bags and fold them up so they are wrapped tightly. This way they won't slide all over the place and get scratched during shipping.
